CARTERVILLE — It’s been a record setting season for the Carterville Lady Lions. The Lady Lions added to their school record win total (30) by defeating Nashville 54-42 to win the first girls basketball sectional championship in school history.
Carterville advances to the Hamilton County 2A Supersectional, where the Lady Lions will face Teutopolis Monday night at 7:00.
