WEST FRANKFORT — Massac County won the West Frankfort 1A Girls Golf Regional Thursday by 60 strokes. Lady Patriots’ junior Lily Conkle earned medalist honors with a one-under par 70. ZRC and Trico also advanced as teams to Monday’s Mt. Carmel Sectional.
