MURPHYSBORO — Little practice yields little problems for the Murphysboro Red Devils.
Despite several players just finishing up their football season Friday in the 4A State Championship game, the Red Devils improved to 2-0 in basketball with a 48-43 win over Chester at the Trico/Murphysboro Invitational.
Star running back Dezmond Clark led the Murphy attack with 22.
