MARION — Marion senior Jackson Connor scored 26 points to lead the Wildcats past Mascoutah 58-39 and into Friday’s 3A regional championship game against Herrin.
Connor now needs nine points to pass Greg Starrick to become Marion’s all-time leading scorer.
