MARION — Expectations were high this season for the Marion girls soccer team. Led by a strong senior class, the Wildcats were ready to build on last year’s 20-win season, as well as back to back regional championships.
Jaime Clark Verbeck has a special place in her heart for this year’s senior class. It’s a class that came in as freshmen in her first year as the Cats’ head coach. In the Wildcats’ Country Financial #SeniorDay, Verbeck tells us about her eight seniors–Maddie Goodley, Makenzie Miller, Abby O’Keefe, Olivia Osman, Haley Rice, Hunter Robison, Nicole Szidik, and Gloria Wofford, as well as two exchange students.
