Congratulations to this week’s WMIX Sports/Josh Finley County Financial Ram of the Week winners, Mt. Vernon Lady Rams Golf! The team look to the links at the Pinckneyville Invitational on Friday, September 3, and came away 5th out of 10 teams at Red Hawk. Three personal bests were set on the day, including a team score of 197. It has been a few years since the team has broken 200! Jacque Wilson shot a 44, Jennaca Gilbert was six strokes back with 50, Caroline Hall had a 51, Emma Kroeschen with 53, Lexie Hartnell 64, and Raegan Schmidt 67. Way to go, Lady Rams Golfers! Congrats!
