The mid-winter tournament edition of the Southern Spine & Rehab Primetime Performance is a two-part award, with the Goreville Lady Blackcats taking the girls side.

Goreville advanced to the championship game by going 2-1 in pool play, then defeated Gallatin County 47-42 in the title game. Abby Compton was named Tournament MVP, with Macie Tosh and Breanna Suits also being named to the all-tournament team.
