Congratulations to Mt. Vernon Rams Soccer’s Keaton Koch!
The junior forward is this week’s Josh Finley, Country Financial Ram of the Week from WMIX Sports!

Koch delivered a hat trick in the Rams’ 7–0 road win over the Mt. Carmel Golden Aces on Wednesday, September 11. He scored once in the first half, then struck twice more early in the second half — with goals coming just three and five minutes after the break — to complete the three-goal performance.

Earlier in the week, on Friday, September 6, Koch found the back of the net again, tallying both a regulation goal and a shootout goal in a hard-fought match against the Teutopolis Wooden Shoes that ended in a 2–2 draw before the Rams fell in penalty kicks.

Through September 11, according to MaxPreps, Koch has totaled 5 goals and 10 points on the season. The Rams are currently 2–5 overall.
