This week’s Josh Finley Country Financial Ram of the Week from WMIX Sports really filled the stat sheet on the defensive side of the ball!

Sophomore Davious Barnes’ standout performance on Pink Out Night helped lead the Mt. Vernon Rams to a dominant 62–6 victory over Granite City.

Barnes recorded 2 solo tackles, 6 assisted tackles, and a fumble recovery. But the highlight of the night came early in the third quarter when he snagged an interception and returned it 22 yards for a touchdown, igniting the Rams’ continued momentum in the lopsided win.
