Congratulations to this week’s Lynn Braden, State Farm/WMCL Fox of the Week, Emma Hood!

Hood, a freshman, of the Hamilton County Lady Foxes Cross Country Team — our Fox of the Week! Emma finished 5th overall in the Black Diamond Conference Meet held Thursday, October 16, at Dolan Lake in McLeansboro. Her time of 22:41 earned her All-Conference honors, helping lead the Lady Foxes to a third-place team finish behind Fairfield and Vienna.
