History was made on Senior Night for the Webber Trojans, and Senior Nathaniel Marlow delivered a performance that will be talked about for years to come.

Marlow surpassed the incredible 3,000 career point milestone in an 84-51 win over the Edwards County Lions on February 11, drilling a deep three-pointer from just inside the volleyball line (with about 3 minutes left) to become just the 7th male in IHSA history to reach the mark. He finished the night in fitting fashion with a jaw-dropping 51-point performance.

And he hasn’t slowed down since. In the games following the milestone, Marlow continued his climb up the all-time scoring list, passing IHSA greats Joe Aden, Jon Scheyer, and Ross Robertson. He now sits 4th all-time in IHSA history with 3,107 career points, trailing only Jamie Brandon (3,157), Andy Kaufmann (3,160), and Charlie β€œChico” Vaughn (3,358).

Beyond the historic numbers on the court, Marlow also showed his character off of it, sharing his faith from the pulpit at Camp Ground Baptist Church the Sunday following his milestone night β€” a true example of leadership both on and off the floor.

The Trojans wrap up the regular season tonight on the road at Nashville. Catch the game live on WMIX-AM 940, 96.5 FM, the Section618 App, and with live video streaming on the WMIX Sports YouTube channel.
