Congratulations to this week’s Josh Finley Country Financial Ram of the Week from WMIX Sports–Cale Maurer! The junior from Rams Baseball had a stat stuffing effort in a big South Seven Conference win over the Carbondale Terriers on April 17 at Brennan Klein Field. Maurer tossed 5 innings limiting the Terriers to 3 unearned runs while striking out 9 and scattering 3 hits and 3 walks in the 13-3 win. Maurer also drove in three runs from the plate going 2-3 with a run scored and 3 stolen bases! What a day! Congratulations, Cale Maurer!
