The Lady Foxes Basketball Team is this week’s Lynn Braden State Farm/WMCL Fox of the Week after rolling to a perfect 4–0 record and capturing the Lady Foxes Basketball Invitational Championship!

The Lady Foxes defeated Gallatin County 57–43 on Monday and returned Friday with a dominant 52–24 win over Goreville. They sealed the title with two more strong performances on Saturday, beating Mt. Vernon (IN) 45–21 and Steeleville 60–34.

A huge congratulations to Rayci Phelps, Kalin Nichols, Colebie Miller, and Annabell Woodrow, who were all selected to the All-Tournament Team.

Additional All-Tournament selections included Goreville’s Ellie Tripp and Lydia Kwiatkowski, Mt. Vernon (IN)’s Stella Hall, Steeleville’s Rylan Reiss, and Gallatin County’s Kaidynce Holloway and Riley Russell.
