Rayci Phelps continues to cement her legacy as one of the greatest players in Hamilton County history.

In Tuesday night’s matchup against Murphysboro on January 6, the senior guard delivered a record-setting performance, scoring 36 points to establish a new school single-game scoring record, surpassing the previous mark of 35.

Phelps was dominant from all areas of the floor, knocking down five three-pointers and going a perfect 7-for-7 from the free-throw line. She also added 2 rebounds, 2 assists, and 4 steals, showcasing her complete impact on the game.

Already regarded as a generational talent, Phelps is putting the finishing touches on a Hall-of-Fame caliber career. She now unofficially sits at 1,694 career points, including her most recent game against Meridian — another milestone in an unforgettable Lady Foxes career.
