BUCKNER — Tom Wheeler has an amazing collection of Southern Illinois sports memorabilia, including loads of pictures and tons of newspaper clippings. After running out of room in his house, he has turned is garage into a sports museum of sorts. It’s a collection more than 50 years in the making.

Periodically, we’ll visit Tom Garage and see what we can find.
