ELDORADO — The top-seeded Fairfield Mules are headed to the semifinals at the 55th Eldorado Holiday Tournament after beating West Frankfort 67-58.
Kane Hixenbaugh led the Mules with 23 points. Landon Zurliene added 16 and Wyatt Gilbert 10.
Isaiah Thompson led the Redbirds with 21. Josh Melvin added 13 and Paxton Griffith 12.
Fairfield will face Herrin in the first semifinal Saturday at noon. Massac County will meet Carmi-White County in the second semi.
