Lynn Braden State Farm/WMCL Fox of the Week: Kaylee Draper

Kaylee Draper is this week’s Lynn Braden State Farm/WMCL Fox of the Week after a strong showing at the Lady Foxes Invitational on Monday, April 13.

The junior took first place in the discus with a throw of 102 feet, 3 inches, winning the event by nearly a meter over Fairfield’s Malori Simpson.

Draper is more than just a standout in track and field. She’s a three-sport athlete for the Lady Foxes, also competing in basketball and softball, and stays involved in FFA as well.

Her success across multiple activities, combined with her winning performance on the track, makes Kaylee Draper a great choice for this week’s honor.
