Freshman pitcher Zoe Baylor turned in an impressive week in the circle for the Lady Foxes, highlighted by a dominant complete-game shutout performance.

Baylor struck out six batters while allowing just four hits and no walks in an 11-0 win at Woodlawn on Wednesday, April 22. She continued to contribute throughout the week, tossing a scoreless inning in relief with one strikeout in a 6-1 loss to Edwards County the day prior.

She capped the stretch with another strong outing against Edwards County, earning the win in relief in a 12-9 road victory. Baylor worked four innings, allowing just two earned runs while striking out three to help secure the Lady Foxes’ win.
